 This one-of-a-kind layered set pairs a tumbled ocean jasper stone — mossy greens and creams swirled together like tide pools at low water — with a genuine fossil shark tooth shard in a rare, warm walnut brown, wrapped in gold wire and finished with a soft gold cap. The tooth is from an unidentified species, chosen not for its identity but for what it is: a striking shape and a color you don't see twice. Worn together on two fine gold-plated chains, the unusual brown of the shard pulls out every warm undertone hiding in the stone, and the two pieces read like they were carved from the same story.
