This was a plain shell before we touched it — the kind you'd walk past on any beach without a second look. We picked it up anyway, painted it gold by hand, and gave it a reason to be looked at twice.

It's real, not cast or molded — pulled from the same shoreline every Chomp piece comes from, then finished one at a time. Strung on a gold-plated paperclip chain, toggle clasp, and a freshwater pearl nestled inside the shell. light enough to wear daily.
