Kindred
Lemon sharks don't scatter. They travel in groups, return to the same waters year after year, and — unlike most sharks — they recognize each other. They remember who swam beside them. This piece is built on that same instinct: five matched teeth, never one alone.
Five matched fossil lemon shark teeth, left in their natural fossilized black enamel, each individually hand wire-wrapped in gold-plated wire along a gold-plated chain. Every shark tooth carries the same quiet truth — strength, resilience, survival — but this piece adds something more: she doesn't have to carry it solo. She has the friends, the sisters, the circle who show up in the same waters with her, year after year. Kindred is for the woman who understands that survival is sweeter when it's shared.
Each fossil tooth is one of a kind, shaped by millions of years before it ever reached us — so the piece you receive will closely resemble the one pictured, but no two teeth are ever exactly alike.
Part of a 30-year private collection from Venice, Florida — the Shark Tooth Capital of the World.
Rare find. Rare woman.
A NOTE FROM ME
Kindred was the name of my brother's boat — the place he called home for thirty years. He passed away this past October, and this piece is named in his memory. Kindred is exactly what it means: connected, matched, belonging to each other — whether that's five teeth from the same collection, or the people in our lives who are part of us whether they're still here or not.
WHO SHE'S FOR
The woman who has been through something and came out the other side still whole. She's not fragile, and she's not asking for sympathy — she's just wearing proof that she survived it, matched and whole, just like these five teeth. She's also the woman who knows exactly who her circle is, and wants something that says so.

CARING FOR YOUR PIECE
Remove before swimming, bathing, or working out — saltwater, chlorine, sunscreen, and sweat are hard on gold plating over time. Store in a soft pouch or a separate compartment of your jewelry box to keep it from tangling or scratching. Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth; avoid harsh chemicals or ultrasonic cleaners, which can strip the plating or dull the stone.
